PNG, JPG, PDF, or original logo files are accepted. Large or complex designs may require a custom quote.
Care: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly over embroidery.
Shipping & returns
Most orders are processed in 3–5 business days before shipping. Custom orders may need additional production time, depending on design complexity. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized and special-order items are generally not returnable. Other policy exceptions apply.
