Transparent PNG is preferred; JPG and PDF are also accepted. For best results, use a clear high-resolution file, ideally 300 DPI.

Care: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and do not iron directly over the decoration.

Shipping & returns

Most orders are processed in 3–5 business days before shipping. Custom orders may need additional production time, depending on design complexity. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized and special-order items are generally not returnable. Other policy exceptions apply.
