Artwork Tips for the Best Print
- Transparent PNG is preferred; JPG and PDF are also accepted.
- 300 DPI and at least 2000 × 2000 pixels are recommended.
- Upload the original file whenever possible.
- Avoid screenshots and images saved from social media because they may print blurry.

Shipping & returns
Most orders are processed in 3–5 business days before shipping. Custom orders may need additional production time, depending on design complexity. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized and special-order items are generally not returnable. Other policy exceptions apply.
